Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the safety and security of our premises.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas of the property, including buildings, perimeter, and access points
• Control access to the site, verify identification, and issue appropriate credentials
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, implementing appropriate protocols
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with regulations
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Provide general assistance to staff and visitors, including directions and information

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a security officer preferred
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Physical fitness to perform duties such as patrolling and responding to emergencies
• Clean driving record

 

Additional Information:

• First Aid and CPR certification desirable
• Security industry licensing or certification a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
