Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Faringdon, SN7. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence
Respond to security incidents, such as alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Check and issue passes to visitors and employees
Maintain security equipment, including surveillance cameras and access control systems
Report security breaches, incidents, and any suspicious activities
Stay informed about the latest security trends and best practices
Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security officer in a similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical fitness and ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of security equipment and surveillance systems
Experience with incident reporting and response protocols
Valid UK driver's license (preferred)
