Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Forres. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the premises, assets, and personnel of the company while ensuring the adherence to security protocols and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the building and surrounding area to detect and deter suspicious activities
• Monitor security cameras and alarms to respond promptly to security breaches
• Conduct thorough inspections of the premises and vehicles to ensure safety and security
• Control access to the premises by verifying identification and issuing badges
• Respond to fire, medical, and other emergencies as needed
• Enforce traffic regulations and parking policies
• Prepare and maintain written security reports
• Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency services
• Follow all company security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations
• Exceptional vigilance, observation, and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of security principles, practices, and equipment
• Familiarity with alarm and access control systems
• Physical fitness and ability to withstand extended periods of standing and walking
• Excellent judgment, decision-making abilities, and interpersonal skills

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Law enforcement or military background
• Certification in security or related fields
• First aid and CPR training
