Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Fowlmere, SG8 7TD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor the premises, both inside and out, to detect and prevent unauthorized access or activity
Control access to the building, screening visitors and employees as required
Monitor and respond to alarms, fires, and other emergencies
Conduct regular security checks and inspections
Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches to management promptly
Maintain detailed records of all security-related activities and incidents
Operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems
Provide general assistance to employees and visitors as needed
Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in security technologies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security officer
Excellent physical condition and ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Proficiency in operating security equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SIA license or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with CCTV monitoring is an advantage
