Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to safeguard our premises and ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and procedures, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
Monitor and control access to the building, including checking ID and issuing passes
Respond to security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and suspicious activity
Report any unusual occurrences, security breaches, or suspicious individuals
Maintain security logs and records
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as needed
Provide customer service and support to employees and visitors

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
Certified in First Aid and CPR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Physical fitness and ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Valid SIA license (preferred)
