Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Fulbourn, Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at our premises located at Post Code: CB21 5BJ.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises, including pedestrian and vehicle traffic
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks
Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and effectively
Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management
Maintain records and documentation related to security activities
Comply with all company security policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in security technology
Provide support to other members of the security team and staff as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for observation
Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certified in first aid and CPR
Knowledge of CCTV and other security systems preferred
Security industry certification (e.g., SIA) desirable
