EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and reliable Full Time Security Officer to join its team in Galashiels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding people, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to restricted areas
• Conduct patrols to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
• Inspect vehicles and packages for prohibited items
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents
• Maintain communication with law enforcement and emergency services
• Monitor security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms)
• Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and observations
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
• Assist with other operational duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security officer in a relevant industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Physical fitness and stamina for extended periods of standing and patrolling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology
• First Aid and CPR certification desirable
