Description Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Glencoe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to company premises
• Conduct security patrols and surveillance to detect suspicious activity
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Protect property and assets from theft, damage, or sabotage
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and procedures
• Document security incidents and maintain accurate records
• Assist with other safety and security-related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• SIA-approved Security Officer Level 2 certification (or equivalent)
• Excellent physical fitness and alertness
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice anomalies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a security role within a similar industry or environment
