Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Full-time Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our workplace at Gloucester GL1 1AH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring activities, and responding to potential threats.

Responsibilities

Perform regular patrols and inspections of the building and surrounding areas
Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities
Control access to the premises and verify employee and visitor identification
Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms or unauthorized entry
Provide assistance to employees, clients, and visitors
Maintain a secure perimeter and enforce safety protocols
Conduct basic crime prevention and security awareness training
Keep accurate records and provide regular reports

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent physical fitness and ability to withstand extended periods of standing, walking, and potentially physically demanding situations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a keen eye for observation
Basic knowledge of security technology and equipment
Experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred
