We are Searching a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team in Harrow. As a Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our facilities, employees, and visitors.

Security Officer Key Responsibilities Harrow :

Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect unauthorized activities on the premises.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to discover and respond to potential security threats.
Respond promptly and effectively to handle situations as medical events, fire alarms, and security breaches.
Enforce security processes and company rules to guarantee compliance and meet safety standards.
Address visitors' and employees' questions and concerns.
Create comprehensive incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related actions.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required to handle security issues.
Participate in training programs to enhance security skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Security Officer Job Requirements:

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related industries is recommended but not necessary.
Possession of a current security license or the ability to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response methods is beneficial.
Valid SIA license, proof of right to work in the UK, proof of address, and 5 years of work experience.
