Full Time Security Officer in Hawick

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Hawick. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or damage
• Screen visitors and control access to restricted areas
• Conduct security checks and respond to emergencies
• Manage and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and alarm systems
• Liaise with law enforcement and other authorities as required
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and reports
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Undertake other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a variety of conditions
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Valid SIA License or equivalent certification
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
