Full time Security Officer in Henbury

Security Officer Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at Earnflex Ltd in Henbury. This role is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, both internally and externally, to monitor and prevent unauthorized entry or activity
• Monitor and control access to the building, using electronic systems and physical barriers
• Perform identity checks on visitors, contractors, and employees
• Inspect vehicles and personal belongings entering or leaving the premises
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and other security incidents
• Observe and report suspicious activities or individuals to appropriate authorities
• Maintain and monitor security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
• Provide customer service and assistance to visitors, employees, and other stakeholders
• Adhere strictly to all safety and security policies and procedures
• Participate in security training and professional development programs

Security Officer Required Qualifications:

• SIA-accredited (Security Industry Authority) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Excellent physical fitness and situational awareness
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and systems
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
