Full Time Security Officer in Hexham

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Hexham, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the workplace, including gates, entrances, and exits
• Conduct routine patrols to identify and address potential hazards or threats
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally
• Document all security activities and provide detailed incident reports
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols
• Communicate with law enforcement and other emergency services as necessary
• Maintain radio and CCTV surveillance systems
• Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
• Complete daily checklists and maintain accurate records of all security-related matters

Qualifications:

• SIA Approved Contractor (ACS) license or equivalent security certification
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Working knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
• First-aid training preferred
