Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on our business premises.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the assigned area, responding promptly to any incidents
Control access to the premises and ensure only authorized individuals enter
Inspect and secure buildings, doors, and windows
Conduct routine searches for suspicious items or activities
Operate security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems
Report any suspicious activity, security incidents, or violations of company policies
Maintain a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
Assist with crowd control and manage emergency situations
Provide customer service to visitors and employees
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

SIA Security Officer License (or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a security officer
Excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and agility
Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
First aid certification preferred

Additional Information

This position requires working irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check.
