Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Security Officer to join our team at our Hull location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols to monitor and secure the perimeter of the property
• Screen visitors and employees, ensuring proper authorization
• Respond to security alarms and emergencies
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activity
• Control access to sensitive areas
• Investigate and report security incidents
• Maintain security logs and documentation
• Assist with crowd control during events
• Cooperate with local law enforcement as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Security Guard License (SIA) preferred
• Excellent physical condition and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a security or law enforcement role is highly desirable
