Full Time Security Officer in Huntly

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Huntly, AB54. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect any suspicious activities or breaches of security protocols
• Conduct thorough inspections of premises, equipment, and access points to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and emergency response
• Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and report findings to management
• Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks
• Provide customer service and interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of security best practices and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Advanced understanding of security principles, procedures, and technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and in all weather conditions
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent certification
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Clean driving license and access to own reliable transportation
