Full Time Security Officer in iken

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd., a leading financial services provider, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join its team in Iken, Woodbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets at the company's on-site facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility, including gates, doors, and fences
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other incidents in a timely and effective manner
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Liaise with local law enforcement and other security personnel as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Security Officer (CSO) or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and stamina required for extended periods of standing and patrolling
