Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Keswick, CA12.
Responsibilities
- Enforce security regulations and monitor access to protected areas
- Patrol premises and conduct regular surveillance
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, ensuring the safety of staff and property
- Prevent and investigate security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities
- Maintain security equipment and systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and communication devices
- Report security observations and incidents to management promptly
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors and staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- SIA license or equivalent security certification
- Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
- Physical fitness and agility to perform duties effectively
- Knowledge of security equipment and systems
- Professional and courteous demeanor
