EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Keswick, CA12 4NR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property.

Responsibilities

Enforce security policies and procedures
Monitor and patrol premises on foot or by vehicle
Respond to security breaches and incidents
Conduct security checks and searches
Protect assets and property
Maintain security equipment and logs
Report all security-related incidents and activities
Assist with crowd control and guest management
Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and authorities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in a security role
Excellent physical and mental health
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
