Full time Security Officer in Kirkcaly

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd., a respected organization located in Kirkcaldy, is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full-time Security Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the company's property and personnel, as well as maintaining order and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras, CCTV systems, and alarms
• Conduct patrols of the premises at regular intervals
• Control access to the building and grounds
• Respond to and investigate security incidents
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Inspect vehicles, packages, and individuals for unauthorized items
• Provide support to emergency services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• SIA Close Protection Officer license or equivalent certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Physical fitness and stamina for prolonged periods of walking and standing
• Keen observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic first aid training preferred
• Knowledge of fire safety procedures and equipment
