Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a responsible and highly motivated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Langholm, UK. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our premises.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring adherence to company security protocols
Perform routine security checks and inspections of equipment and facilities
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and alarms
Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
Maintain surveillance equipment and report any security concerns or suspicious activities
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors
Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
Strong knowledge of security best practices and procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
Physically fit and capable of performing physical tasks
Proficient in the use of security equipment and surveillance systems
Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
First aid certification preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a high level of integrity
