Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a dependable and experienced Full Time Security Officer to enhance the safety and security of our premises in Lacock, Chippenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and protecting the property, personnel, and assets, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine security patrols of the premises, interior and exterior
Monitor and control access to the property, including gates, doors, and other entry points
Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
Enforce security regulations and policies, including access control, visitor management, and fire safety
Observe and report suspicious activities or individuals to management
Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
Assist with the investigation of security incidents as required
Provide customer service and support as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently
Proficient in security procedures and protocols
Knowledge of applicable security laws and regulations
Clear background check and appropriate security clearances

Workplace

On-site at EarnFlex Ltd. premises in Lacock, Chippenham SN15 2LB
24/7 shift work, including weekends and holidays
