Full time Security Officer in Ledbury

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Ledbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our premises and personnel, maintaining order, and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and damage.
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Conduct security investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety regulations.
• Work closely with law enforcement and other emergency responders.
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stay informed about security best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security.
• Excellent physical fitness and awareness.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-stress environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Security Guard License and SIA approval desirable.
