Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Leeds site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises, including gates and entrances
Conduct security checks on visitors, contractors, and staff
Patrol the site on a regular basis, including both interior and exterior areas
Investigate and respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious incidents
Assist law enforcement and emergency services as required
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to security incidents
Report and resolve security-related issues to management
Follow established safety and security protocols and procedures
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging security threats

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or willingness to obtain one
Minimum of 2 years experience as a security officer
Excellent physical fitness, attention to detail, and situational awareness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience in CCTV monitoring and reporting is desirable
Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
