Full-Time Security Officer in Leicester

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting the company's premises, assets, and personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and secure company premises, including buildings, perimeter fences, and parking areas
Control access to authorized personnel and visitors, verifying credentials and ensuring compliance
Conduct regular patrols and inspect buildings to identify potential hazards or security breaches
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
Enforce company safety policies and regulations, including fire prevention and evacuation procedures
Report suspicious activity, incidents, and accidents to the appropriate authorities
Maintain and inspect security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, burglar alarms, and access control systems
Assist in the protection of company personnel, visitors, and property during high-risk situations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified and licensed as a Security Officer
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Strong physical fitness and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in operating security equipment and technology
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
