Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized entry
Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
Maintain a secure perimeter around the premises
Screen visitors and verify their credentials
Report any incidents or irregularities to management
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Assist with other security-related duties as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
First Aid and CPR certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility
