Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Lesmahagow. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to designated areas by verifying identification and conducting searches
• Patrol the premises on a regular basis to deter and identify suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
• Report incidents and observations to supervisors in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
• Provide assistance to staff, visitors, and emergency responders as required
• Undergo regular training and stay up-to-date on security best practices

Qualifications

• SIA-accredited Security Guard License
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform duties for extended periods
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and communication devices
