Full time Security Officer in Lisburn

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced full-time security officer to join our team in Lisburn. The chosen candidate will be in charge of maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and assets.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols on the property, both inside and out.
• Monitor and regulate entry to the premises.
• Investigate and address security breaches and occurrences.
• Maintain and operate security systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control.
• Enforce the company's security rules and procedures
• Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management.
• Communicate with police enforcement and other emergency services as needed.
• Offer first aid and emergency response services.
• Maintain accurate records for all security-related operations.
• Stay current with best practices in the security business.
   

Qualifications

• SIA licence or comparable certification
• Previous experience as a Security Officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours.
• Understanding of CCTV, access control, and other security technology
• First aid certification is preferred.
