Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Llandrindod Wells. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including screening visitors and contractors
• Perform regular patrols of the building and surrounding area to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms
• Collect and report on security incidents and observations
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors during fire drills and other emergencies
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Stay up-to-date on security best practices and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical condition and ability to work extended shifts
• Proficiency in the use of security equipment
• Knowledge of security procedures and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
• SIA license or the ability to obtain one
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
