Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Long Lee. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background and be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our premises, staff, and assets.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the premises and ensure all visitors are authorized and properly escorted
Conduct routine security patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
Inspect and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
Respond to security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or trespass
Report incidents and provide written and verbal statements as necessary
Cooperate with law enforcement and other emergency services
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies and procedures
Assist with other security-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness
Physical fitness and the ability to work shifts in all weather conditions
Proficiency in using CCTV surveillance and other security equipment
Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
