Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Long Stratton, Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a secure and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

Conduct patrols of the facility, both inside and outside the premises
Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems
Respond to alarms and security breaches
Enforce safety and security protocols
Greet and screen visitors and contractors
Control access to restricted areas
Report suspicious activities and incidents to management
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities
Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of experience in a security role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of security systems and equipment
Physical fitness and endurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
