Full Time Security Officer in Lossiemouth

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Lossiemouth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our site and assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas, both internally and externally, to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms promptly
• Conduct access control and verify the identity of visitors and employees
• Report any security breaches, incidents, or emergencies immediately
• Assist with crowd control and provide general customer service as needed
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access regulations and health and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and prepare incident reports as required
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) accreditation
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a corporate or retail environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional observation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
