Full Time Security Officer in Louth

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our Louth location (LN11 9ES). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized entry or activity
• Respond to security breaches and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Inspect and maintain security equipment and systems
• Conduct background checks and investigations as required
• Report suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Maintain logs and records of security incidents and patrols
• Assist law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Work effectively as part of a team and under pressure

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Proficiency in the use of security equipment and systems
• Knowledge of security laws and regulations
• Security industry certification (e.g., SIA License) preferred
