Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect our Lowestoft site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the site to prevent unauthorized access and activities
Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Conduct security checks and inspections of the site and equipment
Manage access control systems and issue passes
Observe and report suspicious individuals or activities
Escort visitors and contractors as required
Maintain security logs and prepare reports on security incidents
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Provide assistance to employees and visitors in case of emergencies

Qualifications

Security industry experience with a focus on commercial or industrial properties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently
SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
First Aid certification is preferred
Experience with CCTV systems and access control technologies is highly desirable
