Full time Security Officer in Lucan

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to enhance the safety and security of our premises in Lucan, Co. Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and a proven ability to maintain a secure environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure compliance with security regulations
• Conduct routine security checks of property, vehicles, and personnel
• Control access to the building and respond to security breaches
• Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
• Conduct fire safety inspections and ensure compliance with emergency procedures
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
• Liaise with law enforcement and other external agencies as required

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Certification in Security Officer Training (e.g., SIA, ISSO) preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license is essential

 

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in working with CCTV systems
• Knowledge of fire safety procedures
• First aid certification
• Experience in the hospitality or retail industry a plus
