Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Macclesfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent unauthorized access or activities
Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and vehicles entering and leaving the premises
Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms
Provide a visible and reassuring presence to visitors, employees, and contractors
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and inspections
Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulations
Stay abreast of security best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a security officer (minimum of 2 years)
SIA Close Protection or Public Space Surveillance license (preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
