Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Maidwell, Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the property, including entry and exit points
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized persons to management
Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Escort authorized personnel and visitors as needed
Assist with crowd control and traffic management
Provide customer service and support to tenants and visitors
Undertake any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience as a security officer
Possess a valid SIA badge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods
Clean driving record
