Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Mauchline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises, both internally and externally
• Control access to the building and enforce security procedures
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or individuals
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency services
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain security equipment
• Prepare and maintain incident reports and security logs
• Comply with all relevant security regulations and standards
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees

Qualifications:

• SIA Approved Contractor Security Officer (ACSO) qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings

Additional Information:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a commercial or industrial setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment is an advantage.
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
