Overview

As a Full Time Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding the premises, personnel, and assets of our clients. Your duties will include maintaining security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents in a swift and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, enforcing security procedures
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, identifying and mitigating potential security risks
• Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems, reporting any suspicious activities
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring the safety of personnel and property
• Conduct security screenings and inspections of visitors and employees
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related incidents
• Cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and security protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid SIA Security Industry Authority license or the ability to obtain one
• Clean criminal record
