Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Morden, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our premises and assets, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the premises on foot and by vehicle, ensuring all areas are secure
Control access to the building and restrict entry to authorized personnel only
Inspect buildings and grounds for suspicious activity, potential hazards, or signs of criminal intent
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
Document and report incidents, observations, and any potential security threats
Conduct background checks and ID verifications as required
Maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and communications equipment
Provide customer service and assist with daily operations when needed
Follow established security protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or private setting
Proficiency in operating security equipment and systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
Ability to remain alert, calm, and in control under pressure
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical fitness necessary to perform routine patrols and respond to incidents
Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures
