Full time Security Officer in Mumbles

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Mumbles, UK. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities
• Enforce security protocols and policies
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
• Conduct regular inspections of access points, buildings, and equipment
• Perform access control procedures and verify credentials of visitors and employees
• Report suspicious activity, incidents, and violations to supervisors
• Assist authorized personnel in the event of emergencies and evacuations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents and activities
• Utilize security technology and surveillance equipment effectively
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security officer
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and security technology is highly desirable
• SIA license is required (or the willingness to obtain one)
