Full time Security Officer in Nairn

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to safeguard our premises and personnel in Nairn. Working on-site at our IV12 4DQ location, the Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, identifying and verifying authorized personnel
• Patrol interior and exterior areas regularly, ensuring the security of property and assets
• Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control
• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with emergency services
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees
• Assist with other security-related tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

• SIA-approved Security Officer qualification (minimum Level 2)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies
• Experience in using security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
• Clean driving license
