Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Neath, SA11 1PR. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity
• Screen visitors and employees, checking identification and conducting access control
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, medical, and security incidents
• Conduct regular security checks of equipment, facilities, and grounds
• Report incidents, suspicious activity, and security concerns to supervisors
• Assist with investigations and provide evidence as required
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with visitors, employees, and emergency responders

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Math
• SIA-approved Security Guarding Level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to perform security patrols
• Clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
