Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join its team in Nettleham. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the safety and security of a commercial property and its occupants.

Responsibilities

Patrol the property on a regular basis, conducting thorough inspections and identifying potential hazards
Monitor security cameras, observe activities, and respond to any suspicious behavior
Control access to the property, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes
Conduct security checks on vehicles and individuals entering and exiting the premises
Assist with crowd control during special events or emergencies
Report any incidents, observations, or concerns to management promptly
Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to security activities
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Physical fitness and agility required for prolonged patrols
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
SIA License or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
