Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Nocton, Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect unauthorized activity, security breaches, and potential hazards
Conduct routine security checks of doors, windows, and other access points
Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious incidents, and emergencies
Perform access control by screening visitors, employees, and contractors
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior
Prepare and submit security reports and incident documentation
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Follow all security protocols and procedures
Provide a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with the public

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
Valid UK driving license with clean driving record
