Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our assets, ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors, and maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises
Conduct security patrols and inspections
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
Enforce company policies and procedures
Report suspicious activity or security breaches
Maintain and operate security systems and equipment
Complete incident reports and provide statements as needed
Assist with crowd control and event security
Provide customer service and assist visitors

Qualifications

SIA Close Protection or Security Guarding License
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Problem-solving skills and quick thinking in emergency situations
