Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, with a proven track record of protecting assets, deterring crime, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas, including buildings, grounds, and perimeter
Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and fire safety
Conduct security checks, including vehicle inspections and bag searches
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Maintain and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms
Report security concerns and incidents to management
Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel
Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and tenants

Qualifications

Certified Security Guard License (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using security equipment and technology
