Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional security services, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets
Control access to buildings, premises, and restricted areas
Respond to security incidents, including alarms, fires, and medical emergencies
Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises and equipment
Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees
Maintain accurate records and complete incident reports
Stay abreast of best practices and advancements in security technology
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in the use of security equipment and surveillance systems
Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred
