EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of flexible staffing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Nottingham. This on-site role at NG1 6JX will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Overview

The Security Officer will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. They will be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and managing access to restricted areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity
• Respond promptly to security incidents, such as alarms, suspicious behavior, and emergencies
• Control and monitor access to restricted areas and issue access badges
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate logs and records of security-related activities
• Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors as needed
• Report any security concerns or suspicious activities to supervisors or law enforcement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related role preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended shifts
• Valid UK driving license required
