EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect and secure our facility in Peterborough, UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to security incidents, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our premises.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter and exit
Patrol the premises regularly, checking for any suspicious activity or security breaches
Respond to and investigate security incidents promptly and efficiently
Maintain surveillance equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
Conduct security checks on visitors and contractors
Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to designated personnel
Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and visitors
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a security role
Strong observation and communication skills
Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in security protocols and procedures
Knowledge of surveillance equipment and security technology preferred
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
